Hosted at the annual Snow Pond Music Festival in Sidney, Maine, our weeklong East Coast seminar features an exciting series of masterclasses, lectures, and mock auditions designed to augment the studies of college-aged percussionists with new ideas and techniques. We encourage a collaborative atmosphere where participants work with world-class musicians via hands-on workshops and private lessons, and every student has multiple opportunities to receive individualized instruction throughout the week.

To take full advantage of  the incredibly beautiful Northeastern climate, TAPS also programs a variety of  recreational activities (such as canoeing) where students and faculty get to know each other in a casual and communal environment.

Tuition is $1,295 with full and partial merit-based scholarships available by video audition. More details on potential awards may be found on our application page.
